Should have a BSME and a minimum of 4 years of experience a must, in design/development and project leadership of high volume consumer products involving plastic injection moldings, sheet metal fabrication, and die castings. Will have demonstrated expertise in successful product introductions and model line modifications. Must have design experience using current 3D CAD, ProE, or SolidWorks. Will have complete project coordination responsibilities, including the supervision of engineers and other project resources and members as required for successful completion. Will create or direct prototype construction, make calculations for strength, loads, and performance, and set parameters of schedules, cost, and functional project requirements. Will communicate with customers whenever needed.
